Convert question

Hi
I sent an email to the admin@rewardhits.com address located in the contact section of the reward hits site and not five minutes later it was returned to me, Please update your email address.

I submitted a convert form over a month ago and so far I have not
received any notification that it has even been received. Has it been
received? and how long does it take to be paid out?

If you are trying to convert the 34 points you have from the forums, it will not work. I will send an email to the admin of the site, meanwhile, send a private message to Frank. He can help you further in regards to what it will take to get a payout.
