Help Please! I'm Confused!

Okay, whenever I go to the forums, I try to look at a thread, it will bring me to a page saying

'HTTP 404 Not Found'

and

The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Open the www.rewardhits.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.

HTTP 404 - File not found
Internet Explorer

Anyone please help me? Please PM me, because, of course, I can't look at this after I post it...at least I think..

Also, whenever i try to bank and stuff, it goes to a plank page, help there would also be very much apreciated!
