Smile Mail Sites

I've been a member of a few mail sites long before I became a member of RewardHits, but I was wondering if they are counted as "cheating." I haven't seen a list of good/bad sites to use to advertise, so I was kinda curious. I mean, you are able to have each person who receives the email look at RewardHits.com, and that could also help to build site stats. So yeah, just a little curious and anxious to get an answer before submitting an email with my RewardHits.com link in it. Alrighty, thanks for your time.
