How can i get a higher rank and how much USD$ is 1000 HC$?

I assume by higher rank, you are talking about the dc program. To get a higher rank, get more HC! Thats about it. as for you second question, currently 10 HC is worth virtually nothing but the value will mature and should improve drasticly in the future. It is roughly (old figures. Probably have changed) 100 000 HC = 1USD
