No Mods just need to be more active and less strictly to locking threads like fighting on them

I mainly lock the threads which contain questions which have been asnwered. However, if i feel the topic can bring discussion to the forum i will leave it open until it starts becoming spam.

That would be the purpose of Admins. They can access the Admin CP and manage accounts, so just PM and Admin if you want to get someone banned etc.

A SuperMod can ban people, just to let you know. The SuperMods i know at the moment are Me, Scorpio, Iamnorange and DeadPixel. I haven't seen much of Iam and Dead recently though.

There was a time when Frank was asking for people to apply to be a MOD but as far as i know now he is no longer looking for any new ones.

well, as a former forum admin myself, i know how bad spammers can be. The make a forum horrible, and will make people leave.

I think they should be able to delete acconts, but they should also have their powers taken away if they abuse their powers. Hopefully the mods never will, but every once in a while, it does....

well yes and no, i do believe moderators should be able to delete posts that are breaking the rules however i have had some bad experiences with another moderator on a runescape forum site. this mod didn't know the rules to well i guess because he kept deleting my posts and yes i was a mod as well, anyway he was deleted himself because there had beed some members who complained about him

i think there should be someway to stop users if they are spamming or something like a temp ban because just closing their threads doesn't so much.
